01 General Provisions

10.2 Closure at the Member's Initiative

11 Limitation of Liability

acn365 will not be held liable for any losses under the following circumstances:

• Losses resulting from the member's own negligence or failure to protect their password.

In any circumstance, acn365's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the principal deposit held in the member's account.
